Designed to sit beside the KD02 shops but can be situated anywhere on your layout. Plenty of these houses are required on even the most modest of layouts.

This pack contains all the parts you need to construct a house kit and comes in pre-coloured parts so minimal painting and detailing is required.

A suitable plastic glue is required to construct this kit.

Each house measures 63mm (length) by 44mm (width) by 51mm (height).
